Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team at Limerick Dialysis Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing holistic care to patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
