Job Overview

A forward-thinking individual is required to spearhead strategic human resource initiatives. This role involves managing the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and offboarding, while fostering a culture of high performance through regular assessments and training programs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals, encompassing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee handbook, outlining expectations, policies, and procedures
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, develop learning programs, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving labor laws and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform HR decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree or certification a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, etc.)
  • Experience working with HR software and systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
