You will be part of a two-year journey that involves rotating through key business areas, including digital innovation, strategy, finance, operations, communications, and more. You will work on high-impact projects in automation, sustainability, and customer experience, gaining hands-on experience, developing leadership skills, and building a powerful professional network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • To analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
  • To identify and capitalize on opportunities for business development

Requirements:

  • Hold or be expecting a 2.1 degree or higher in any discipline
  • Be open to travel and new challenges
  • Bring strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Show ambition, integrity, and a growth mindset
  • Be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
