At Delta Capita, we are seeking a highly skilled Junior Onboarding Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global managed services, consulting and solutions provider.

The role of Junior Onboarding Analyst involves working closely with clients to support the Supplier Onboarding project in their Supply Chain Financing team.

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.

Job Description

As a Junior Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Supplier Onboarding process for new and existing programs;
  • Managing the registration of suppliers for new and existing Vendor Financing programs;
  • Gathering KYTS/KYC documentation to ensure completeness;
  • Providing regular reporting to the sales team on suppliers onboarded and coordinating with them for communication to clients;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date master list of suppliers with correct statuses;
  • Ensuring required controls are performed in all due diligence processes following client guidelines and policies;
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in KYTS/KYC due diligence roles;
  • Experience in Banking Operations;
  • Customer Support experience;
  • Knowledge of due diligence requirements for various entity types;
  • Ability to handle and manage large amounts of complex data;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment against deadlines and SLAs.
