We are seeking a Senior Sustainability Engineer to lead our team in driving sustainable design across innovative building projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge sustainable designs that push the boundaries of innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments and collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to embed sustainable practices.
  • Lead energy modeling, life cycle analysis, and carbon footprint assessments to ensure projects meet or exceed local and international sustainability standards.
  • Champion environmental strategies for energy efficiency and sustainable outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position within our sustainability team, requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Sustainability Expertise:
  • Extensive experience in conducting sustainability assessments, energy modeling, and life cycle analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international sustainability standards and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate complex sustainability concepts to stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, architecture, or environmental science.
  • Professional certifications in sustainability or related fields.
