Expert Audit Senior Required for Aviation & Securitisation Roles

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to fill a key position in our audit team as an Expert Audit Senior in the specialist practice of aviation leasing, securitisation, and asset management. The role will involve managing the full lifecycle of audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth audit procedures, including risk assessments, control testing, and substantive audit work.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses, particularly in aviation, structured finance, and asset management sectors.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in external audit, ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge with practical experience applying IFRS; knowledge of UK/Irish GAAP or US GAAP is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing audit engagements from planning to completion.
