">Maintenance Team Lead - Electrical Systems
">This role involves leading a team of skilled electricians in a highly automated industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, and Variable Speed Drives, ensuring plant safety and reliability.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
">- Lead and manage a team of maintenance electricians to ensure effective performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Train electricians on electrical systems and instrumentation to enhance their fault-finding abilities.
- Oversee planned maintenance routines using the PEMAC maintenance management system.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety statutory requirements.
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will possess:
">- A strong background in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience with switchgear, MCC controls, relay logic, and various AC and DC voltage systems.
- High-level diagnostic and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical process plants and related maintenance activities.
- Possession of a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Electrical or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
