The purpose of this role is to plan and coordinate project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The job holder will collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a centralized digital data room to store and manage key engineering documentation such as drawings, surveys, reports, and project records. Implementing systems and processes for efficient data retrieval and ensuring compliance with data security is also a crucial aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate should have a recognized qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field to bachelors degree level. A minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role is required.

A skilled user of engineering software, project management tools (AutoCAD, etc.), MS Office, and BIM System is essential for this position. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are also necessary. A high level of drive and energy, along with the ability to make things happen, are highly valued.
