As a Channel Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team focused on optimizing channel operations and partner ecosystems. You will work closely with customers to develop opportunities and drive revenue growth through Salesforce's Partner Relationship Management (PRM), PRM+, and Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of full cycle sales experience in complex and/or SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of channel sales processes, partner programs, incentives, and inventory/pricing challenges in indirect channels.

You will be responsible for developing key customer stakeholder relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and coordinating internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs. Additionally, you will perform account planning, share the Salesforce value proposition for channel revenue management solutions, and address customer pain points such as inefficient partner strategy and lead routing issues.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to strategize with large extended teams and work independently to achieve goals. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and channel development, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including Head/VP/SVP of Channel Sales and CIOs/CROs
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs, including specialists in channel revenue management
  • Perform account planning, sharing the Salesforce value proposition for channel revenue management solutions
  • Address customer pain points, such as inefficient partner strategy and lead routing issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of full cycle sales experience in complex and/or SaaS environments
