Job Description:

A seasoned IT professional is required to oversee the entire User Acceptance Testing process for SAP S/4HANA implementations. As a key member of the project team, you will ensure seamless integration, user readiness, and high-quality ERP delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end UAT process for SAP S/4HANA SD and MM workstreams.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, functional teams, and system integrators to define and validate test scenarios.
  • Manage test planning, execution, and defect triage, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate and support business testers, providing clear guidance and test materials.
  • Monitor testing progress, report risks and issues, and ensure alignment with the overall program timeline.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and evidence to support audit and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UAT Lead in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, especially in SD and MM modules.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Sales & Distribution and Materials Management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM) and testing best practices.

This is a 6-month contract position with potential extension. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a complex and challenging project, driving results and delivering high-quality outcomes.
