Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to lead our administrative team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the office team, including allocation of workloads, monitoring progress, and determining work priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records, including time and attendance, time sheets, and site minutes.
  • Handle staff disciplinary and grievances in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with all legislation, including working time act, rest periods, and equality legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in accounting or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to think strategically and operationally.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
