Public Law Specialist

Our dynamic team is seeking an experienced legal professional to join our Public, Regulatory & Investigations practice. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and solutions-focused solicitor/barrister with a strong track record in public law.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality legal advice on administrative and public law matters, including statutory interpretation and sector-specific legislation.
- Leading and assisting in administrative law litigation, collaborating with counsel and managing teams.
- Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, and regulatory policies.
- Supporting clients through statutory or regulatory investigations and inquiries.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic advice and solutions.
The successful candidate will have:
- 4-5 years of PQE in public law or a closely related field.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to complex situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering pragmatic solutions.
- A client-focused approach, with experience working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
