Tech Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead technical engagements with customers and help them achieve their objectives. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Tech Solutions Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, working remotely in Ireland.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain expertise in product and platform knowledge.
  • Lead technical sessions, showcasing solution capabilities to customers.
  • Address competitive objections and support the development of customer proposals.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and needs.
  • Lead proof-of-concept (POC) engagements for high-priority scenarios and document outcomes.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams for smooth deployment and customer success.
  • Anticipate and address technical blockers early in the sales process.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in technical pre-sales or consulting.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of related experience with a strong background in several areas, including solution pre-sales for business applications.
  • Orchestrating large, virtual teams for complex business application deals.
  • Proven success in competitive displacement.
  • A deep understanding of business application solutions and commercial cloud offerings.
  • Experience with business value selling methodologies.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering customer value.
