Job Opportunity: Clean Utilities Engineer

We are recruiting a highly skilled Clean Utilities Engineer to join our Pharmaceutical organization in Carlow. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to work with a leading multinational and make a significant contribution to the success of our clean utilities team.

  • Deliver scheduled milestones throughout the project duration, ensuring timely completion and meeting schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver on all aspects of the project through SAT, IC, OC, IQ, OQ, PQ and commercialization to meet schedule milestones.
  • Drive operational and technical excellence to deliver stable clean equipment portfolios supporting PPQ, facility start-up and commercial supply.
  • Own the quality risk assessments and close-out process for clean utilities.
  • Comply with manufacturing division, quality and EHS management system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for the clean utilities team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Write, revise and roll out accurate operational procedures, training materials and maintenance procedures for various clean utility systems.
  • Act as owner representative for Turnover, SAT and OQ execution for all clean utilities.
  • Assist in designing and operationalizing a successful clean utilities team that delivers right-first-time utilities to achieve production requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification or equivalent (Science, Engineering, Technical).
  • Experience in CQV execution, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge and previous experience of utility start-up and qualification.
  • Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European and International Codes, Standards and Practices.
