About the RoleIn this challenging position, you will develop and maintain processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple platforms and devices. You will monitor data pipelines for anomalies or errors and respond quickly to address any quality issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with insights, engineering, and product teams to define and uphold best practices for data collection implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop automated and manual processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across RTÉ's digital products
- Monitor data pipelines for anomalies or errors and address any quality issues promptly
- Review and test client-side data collection implementations to validate correct event and parameter capture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement best practices for data collection
To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role is also required. Proven expertise in integrating and testing analytics technologies in web and mobile applications is essential. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities are also necessary.
