This position involves meeting and greeting guests in a friendly manner, handling front office tasks such as check-ins/check-outs, answering calls/emails, and managing cash transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role with training provided and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Manage front office operations including check-ins/check-outs, guest services, and cash handling
  • Promote hotel facilities and amenities to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality management
