Our client, Recruitment Plus, is seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team. This role involves managing all aspects of the sales and marketing cycle, including developing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, collaborating with Field Sales Managers to optimize sales performance, and creating marketing plans to maximize ROI.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in sales or marketing. They will also possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve business objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees. Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to optimize sales performance. Create marketing plans that maximize ROI. Identify market opportunities and develop joint business plans with key accounts. Implement digital marketing strategies to improve product marketability and profitability. Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing required. Prospecting skills, digital marketing skills, product knowledge, project management skills, communication skills, leadership skills, organization and time-management skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
