Job Description:

The position involves architecting, designing and delivering FPGA based systems in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include design documentation, laboratory-based verification work, system integration and test, support for existing FPGA design verification and board test activities, and provision of inputs to architecture and design reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of FPGA design flow : Verification, Synthesis, Partitioning, Place & Route, Timing Closure and Power Estimation
  • Knowledge of interface protocols, memory technologies and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C)
  • Familiarity of electronic circuit & system design: analog, digital and power
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and processor architectures
  • Experience with laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Signal Analyser
  • Experience with tools such as SVN & Git
  • Preferred experience with VHDL and ECSS-Q-ST-60-02 – ASIC & FPGA Development design flow for space projects
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hardware/System debug skills
  • Proficient reading and writing in English
