Job Description

As a seasonal retail associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and merchandising within our retail stores. You will work closely with the team to create an engaging shopping environment, manage stock levels, and maintain store displays.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably within the fashion industry. They should possess excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and able to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Face-to-face customer service and merchandising within retail stores
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards and ensuring store displays are visually appealing
  • Setting up promotional activities and working with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting; fashion brands are a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to a phone with the most up-to-date operating system
