Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support the well-being of our elderly residents. This position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, creating tailored care plans, and implementing rehabilitation programmes to promote independence and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' functional abilities and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and review treatment programmes to enhance residents' independence and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care services
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on daily living strategies and equipment use
  • Carry out occasional outreach visits to nearby locations

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • CORU registration is essential for this role
  • A full, clean driving licence is required for outreach work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary
