Senior IT Project Manager - Technical Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex IT projects using Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Establish and oversee Agile ceremonies, including daily standups and retrospectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Conduct regular meetings to track progress and provide status updates.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure optimal project delivery structures.
  • Prioritize activities, address risks/issues, and manage resources efficiently across departments.
  • Build a collaborative team environment, driving accountability towards critical milestones.
  • Anticipate and address potential impediments to team delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing complex IT projects, focusing on Agile development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Agile) preferred.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Expertise in IT project management, business analysis, and change management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and motivate colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and related tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
