Key Technical Leader Wanted

About the Role:

This position is focused on leading and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. The successful candidate will oversee staff training, internal audits, and compliance reporting to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Quality Management System: Implement, maintain and improve quality management systems to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality management.
  • Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to demonstrate compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Product and Environmental Testing: Manage product and environmental testing, report performance trends and provide technical support to production teams.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field, and proven experience in a senior quality role within the food sector. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
