Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to lead our client's Dublin office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective Transfer Pricing structures, management of major global client relationships, and leadership of a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic Transfer Pricing structures and oversee disputes in multiple territories
  • Lead major global client relationships in relation to international Transfer Pricing matters
  • Manage and assist in the development of strategy design and implementation
  • Review and design of Transfer Pricing policies
  • Assist in APAs (Advanced Pricing Agreements), value intangible assets, and provide a defense of transfer pricing in audits where appropriate
  • Business development both internally and externally
  • Lead and manage a team of staff

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with 4+ years' experience in Transfer Pricing, technical expertise in Transfer Pricing issues, and strong project management skills.
