Stock Plan Services Team Lead

Job Description:

As a leader in our fast-paced environment, you will oversee the Stock Plan Services squad responsible for supporting Brokerage Integration.

You will collaborate with other leaders to shape strategic decisions, define resource needs, set the mission, and ensure the squad delivers stable, high-performing products or services.

Your role involves ongoing planning and prioritization to enable iterative work, innovation, and learning from successes and failures.

You will maintain and develop your expertise to bring the latest thinking to your role, working closely with team members and chapter leaders.

This role focuses on creating and executing a product vision for stock plan capabilities that integrate with brokerage technology to serve wealth and brokerage businesses.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Defining Mission and Vision: Define, refine, and communicate your team's mission to motivate and align squad members and partners.
  • Customer Focus: Identify and prioritize client and partner needs, acting as the voice of the clients to guide squad execution.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure performance using established metrics and deliver results in business, technology, and team development.
  • Progress Inspection: Inspect progress and remove impediments for the squad.
  • Result Presentation: Present and evaluate results against acceptance criteria.
  • Trade-Off Decisions: Make trade-off decisions to balance quality, cost, and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 8-10 years of product management, systems development, or related experience.
  • Knowledge of brokerage and institutional technology (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Stock Plans (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Financial services experience (preferred).
  • Agile methodology experience (preferred).
About the Stock Plan Services Team:

We offer administration for equity compensation programs, supporting various stock plans. The SPS Product Development focuses on delivering new products and improvements to existing offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to lead the team effectively.
