Exterior Envelope Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facade Designer to join our client's growing team in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to showcase their skills and creativity in designing, developing, and implementing facade solutions for various projects.

• Design and create innovative facade solutions for residential and commercial buildings
• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop cohesive design concepts
• Research materials and technologies to optimize facade performance
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications for facade design
• Review project designs for compliance with building codes and environmental regulations
• Work closely with construction teams to address design challenges

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience in facade design or similar architectural role
• Strong understanding of building materials and their properties
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
