Furniture and Product Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity that involves delivering and assembling products in customers' homes. As an ambassador for our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service experiences and ensure all products are loaded and wrapped safely to prevent any damages.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and assemble furniture & bedding products in customers' homes.
  • Ensure all products are loaded and wrapped safely to prevent any damages.
  • Manage PODs efficiently.
  • Be an ambassador for our brand and Assembly/Delivery service.
  • Adhere to our company's policies and procedures at all times.
Your Profile:
  • You must hold a valid category B driver's license.
  • You should have experience with assembling furniture & bedding.
  • You should be familiar with hardware tools such as screwdrivers, staple guns, drills etc.
  • You should possess good communication skills and be able to work effectively as a team member.
  • You should be well-organized and adept at problem-solving.
  • You should be flexible and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customers' expectations.
  • You should have excellent attention to detail.
  • You should possess excellent telephone skills.
  • You should have a positive attitude.
  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
  • You should be hardworking, conscientious, and self-motivated.
  • You should be motivated by internal goals and have tenacity in pursuing them.
  • You should contribute positively to the achievement of team objectives.
  • You should be open to continuous development and prepared to undertake in-house and external training to enhance performance and the customer experience.
  • You should stay up-to-date with new technologies/designs and product innovations requiring new installation or connectivity methods.
