Job Title:

Culinary Specialist - Part-Time

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This will involve working with the Head Chef and other staff to coordinate and carry out meal preparation, as well as supervising and cooking on assigned stations of work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role will operate Monday to Saturday and the successful candidate will be required to work 3 to 4 days a week (minimum 30 hours per week). The shift pattern for this role is 6am to 3pm.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a cook role (essential)
  • Be currently eligible to work in Ireland (essential)
  • Hold a Chef/Cooking Qualification (desirable)
  • HACCP Qualification (desirable)
