Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Attorney to join our team at the START Center for Cancer Research. This role will involve negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and managing clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and CTA amendments across our clinical research sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare/life sciences/pharma transactional matters and be able to work closely with our legal team and contracting function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturer sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and draft agreements with vendors including suppliers, manufacturers, and consultants.
  • Maintain an organized system for contract storage, tracking, and version control.
  • Ensure all contracts are properly executed, filed, and accessible for future reference.

Requirements:
- Law degree
- Qualification to practice law
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare-focused commercial agreements or a related legal role, preferably in the clinical research, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
