We are currently recruiting: Multiple opportunities exist within our Real Estate Infrastructure Funds (REIF) team in Limerick. If you're looking for a change of scene and have general accounting experience, we encourage you to apply.
The Role: In this fast-paced and interesting industry, you'll work closely with investment and property managers to complete financials for a portfolio of assets across Ireland and overseas. Your duties will include ensuring valuations are accurate and timely, working in accordance with procedures, and collaborating with colleagues on various processes and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure valuations are completed accurately and on time
- Carry out duties in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Work closely with managers on various processes and projects
- Collaborate with investment and property managers to ensure all bookkeeping is completed accurately
Skills and Qualifications: Procedural knowledge, customer service orientation, concern for quality, team working, organisation and planning, resilience and self-control, problem-solving, and computer skills in Excel and Word are essential. Industry knowledge of real estate, valuations, and Central Bank regulations is an advantage. A business or financial services qualification or studies would be beneficial, but not essential.
