Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in residential real estate investment and asset management.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute asset management strategies.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, including company law and the MUD Act.
  • Experience in managing budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
