About the Job:
Ethos Engineering is looking for a Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead the design of mechanical building services for various projects.
- This role requires the ability to oversee projects across the EMEA region, managing the full project lifecycle from initial concept to client handover.
- The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills to represent the company as the design team in client meetings and build strong relationships with clients.
- They will also need to balance multiple tasks, prioritise, and delegate as appropriate to meet project deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of mechanical building services for various projects.
- Oversee projects across the EMEA region, managing the full project lifecycle from initial concept to client handover.
- Build strong relationships with clients and represent the company as the design team in client meetings.
- Mentor and guide engineering staff to ensure all team deliverables meet quality assurance standards before handover.
- Balancing multiple tasks, prioritising, and delegating as appropriate to meet project deadlines.
