Junior Project Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager – Advisory.

You will play a pivotal part in delivering high-impact advisory projects for global clients, gaining hands-on experience and working alongside seasoned industry experts. You will work on a diverse portfolio of aviation advisory projects, developing your skills in project management, analysis, content development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advisory projects for global clients.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
  • Support the Advisory and Delivery teams in managing and developing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Content Development:
  • Develop and prepare high-quality project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analyses tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and clarity in project outputs
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Actively engage with external clients to gather information, present findings, and provide project updates.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and resolve stakeholder's issues promptly and professionally.
Industry Insights and Travel:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in aviation.
  • Be prepared for regular international travel to support project delivery on-site at our global locations.
