About the Role:

This is a fast-paced and exciting role within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, coordination, and logistics of the property team. They will also be involved in planning, costing, and coordinating of day-to-day operations of assets, including residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the authorisation and administration of Purchase Orders.
  • Updating Property Schedules and assisting Team Leads with scheduling the Maintenance Team workflow.
  • Reconciliation of the purchase orders on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and logical decision making.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certificate in a related area is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working on maintenance web-portals, such as Snapfix or Firecloud, is an advantage.
