This Renewal Sales role is a critical component of our EMEA sales team, responsible for managing renewal quote requests and providing accurate quotes to the Sales team, partners, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Software Sales experience, preferably with SaaS solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage renewal quote requests and provide accurate quotes in a timely manner.
  2. Act as a dedicated Sales Support contact for reps and managers in our EMEA region.
  3. Own all renewal quoting assignments raised by the team or agreed with Manager.
  4. Review, research, and take action as necessary.
  5. Resolve pending issues to ensure renewal opportunities can process through the stages and orders can be transacted through our systems.

Requirements

  • University/Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of Software Sales experience (SaaS solutions preferred).
  • Experience in a high tech, indirect sales and procurement environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology preferred.
