Job Opportunity

We are seeking part-time security personnel to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a secure environment at our Cross street location in Galway City.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers professionally, communicate with management and staff to ensure smooth operations, and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Patrol store premises regularly, control crowds as needed, observe suspicious activities, and ask unruly guests to leave the premises.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, have a PSA license in Door Supervision, and provide two previous work references. Flexibility to work evenings, primarily on Thursday to Sunday, is essential.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • PSA license in Door Supervision.
  • Fluent or conversational English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland and reside within the country to be considered for this position.
