Job Title

As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will support the delivery of projects within our governance framework.

  • Coordinate governance schedules and meetings.

  • Prepare and collate documentation.

  • Ensure decisions and actions are clearly recorded with appropriate follow-up.

The opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our infrastructure office is an exciting one. You will work closely with the strategy office and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting. Strong stakeholder engagement and effective communication across the organisation will be essential to ensure the successful delivery of governance and reporting activities.

Our Infrastructure Office

Our infrastructure office leads the development and delivery of the power system, onshore and interconnection investment programmes in collaboration with partners, customers and communities.

The onshore project management office (PMO) is responsible for undertaking three key roles within infrastructure; regulation and compliance reporting and auditing, business operations and governance, and business intelligence.

The team sets the governance policies and standards to be used for onshore business readiness and large scale onshore transmission infrastructure and regulatory auditing and monitoring of opex and capex delivery.

About The Role
  • Qualification to degree level or equivalent qualification, with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of our governance methodology and approach.
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of relevant software packages – outlook, word, excel, powerpoint, teams, sharepoint etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and transparently with others across the business and externally to deliver outcomes in accordance with strategic objectives.
