Job Summary

As a Senior Clinical Trials Professional at TN Ireland, you will play a key role in managing the strategic planning and execution of clinical supply chain projects, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret clinical trial protocols to create effective clinical trial supply chain solutions.
  • Create master English label text in accordance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop demand forecasts and packaging plans to ensure timely delivery of packed clinical supplies.
  • Initiate packaging campaigns with assigned vendors and provide oversight to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Setup, monitor, and update study-assigned Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems to manage study inventory effectively.
  • Create distribution plans and oversee vendor execution.
  • Proactively ensure timely delivery of all trial materials.
  • Provide ongoing budget tracking activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with training requirements and apply learnings to everyday practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with GxP and regulatory requirements applicable to the role.
  • Lead client and vendor meetings as necessary to discuss clinical supply chain topics or status updates.
  • Create Temperature Excursion management plans.
  • Manage review and assessment processes for reported Temperature Excursions.
  • Conduct thorough risk management assessments to mitigate potential risks.
  • Support client bid defence meetings as required.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of the Clinical Trial Supplies department and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a science or business function (preferred not essential).
  • 2-3 years' industry experience in clinical trials (essential).
  • 2-3 years' experience in clinical supply chain management (essential).
  • Experience with IRT systems.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and direction skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Proficient in the English language.
