Supply Chain Strategist

As a Supply Chain Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply and demand alignment across various regions.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

  • Develop and execute inventory replenishment plans to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
  • Lead production planning efforts to synchronize factory outputs with market demand, guaranteeing sufficient supply across all distribution channels.
  • Analyze demand patterns and forecast trends using advanced statistical tools, leveraging the latest market intelligence.
  • Craft and oversee supply chain movements across factories and regional hubs, ensuring optimal availability.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to continuously assess and enhance supply chain performance.

You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. Effective communication is essential for fostering clarity and cooperation with internal and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at extracting valuable insights from data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, demonstrating high initiative and a strong sense of accountability.
