- Manage programme delivery to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement technical strategies for transportation infrastructure projects.
- Mentor and lead high-performing teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Negotiate with clients to establish contracts and deliverables.
What We Need from You:
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years' experience in transportation infrastructure design and delivery.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, client management, and collaborative delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract negotiation skills.
