Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Director of Nursing with strong leadership and operational expertise to provide strategic guidance and support to our nursing home.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with a seasoned General Manager who brings over 25 years of outstanding management experience in the care of older persons.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring high-quality care delivery through effective team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall quality of care.
Candidates should possess exceptional people management skills, a clear vision for the future, and a genuine passion for leading and inspiring a team.

- A proven track record of leading high-performing teams in healthcare settings.
