Nurse Planner GUH - Capital Developments
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Planner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of nursing strategies that drive improved patient outcomes.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating nursing services across various settings, ensuring seamless care transitions and efficient resource allocation.

- Significant experience in acute hospital operational nursing, preferably in a level 4 site.
