Woodworking Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Craftsman to join our team in creating bespoke kitchens and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth workshop operations and on-site activities.
• Manufacture high-quality doors, carcassing, spraying, finishing, and fitting.
• Perform wood machining, sanding, assembly, loading, and general operational duties.
• Maintain accurate records of manufacturing hours and update stock levels.
• Foster a strong Health & Safety culture within the organization.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with a craft apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently, utilize initiative, and be a strong team player.
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in modern technology and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm for innovative methods of construction and emerging trends in design.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
