Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Services Assistant to join our team at University Hospital Galway. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional catering services to patients, ensuring their experience is positive and engaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver meals and provide a high-quality service to patients.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver catering services and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced catering environment.
  • Strong background in hospitality or catering preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene practices, including HACCP.
  • Able to solve problems and think creatively, with a flexible can-do attitude.
