We are seeking an experienced Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of sales administration, client services & operations support duties across the dealership.

The Job:

As a key part of the sales & services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for acting as 1st point of contact for customer & client enquiries by phone & email, identifying customer/client needs, detailing product specifications & information, processing sales orders, updating financial & stock reports, preparing KPI data for management groups & assisting senior sales & operations colleagues across the company with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as 1st point of contact for customer & client enquiries by phone & email
  • Identifying customer/client needs and providing detailed product specifications & information
  • Processing sales orders and updating financial & stock reports
  • Preparing KPI data for management groups and assisting senior sales & operations colleagues

Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualified ideally
  • 2-3+ years' experience gained in a sales administration, client services or front office administration focused role
  • Full & clean driving license and own transport
  • Proven ability to multi-task & work across diverse teams
  • Strong IT skills
