SAP Ariba Implementation Lead

We seek an experienced SAP Ariba implementation lead to drive strategic procurement transformations and optimize business processes.

About the Role:
  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end SAP Ariba solutions for sourcing, buying, and invoicing across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define procurement transformation roadmaps and align Ariba capabilities with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and process continuity.
  • Provide expert guidance on system enhancements and process optimization, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of internal SAP Ariba capabilities and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba solutions, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations in a lead role.
  • Strong domain expertise in procurement, sourcing, and supplier management in complex, global environments.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP Ariba integration frameworks and middleware (e.g., SAP Cloud Integration, PI/PO).
  • Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • SAP Ariba certification and experience with S/4HANA integration are highly desirable.
