Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely assistance to our client's community
  • Become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
  • Make balanced decisions and be an effective advocate for our community
  • Display strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform
  • Support and reports of potentially abusive content
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
  • Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to improve the user experience
  • Enforce client terms by monitoring reports of abuse
  • Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
  • Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

Essential Competencies:

  • Fluent in market language and English and Indonesian
  • Cultural understanding of the market
  • Experience in working in office environment is preferable

  • Passion for ensuring positive and safe user experience
  • Flexibility in working in fast-paced environment with different projects
  • Ability to learn new information quickly
  • Eligible to work in Ireland full-time
