- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Facility Management:
- Monitor building security and safety systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with the management of facility projects, including renovations and upgrades.
- Maintain records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in safety training and contribute to the development of a safe working environment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
