Camphill Communities of Ireland is seeking an accomplished and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Residential Manager. This position involves leading a team, managing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety within our residential settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote independence, autonomy, and community integration
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent outcomes for residents
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, HR, and facility maintenance
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and open feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in social care
- Strong understanding of HIQA regulations, trust policies, and safeguarding requirements
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
- Full driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
