Job Title: Marketing Effectiveness Manager

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive marketing effectiveness and growth within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating marketing theory into practice, applying performance-driven thinking to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement marketing effectiveness best practices across the team.
  • Own, evolve, and manage the marketing scorecard to drive efficiencies and growth.
  • Report findings with actionable insights and recommendations to drive effectiveness.
  • Work alongside advertising managers to assess creative and media strategies through an effectiveness lens.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal data teams to build econometric modeling and optimize return on investment.

Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a similar senior marketing role.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications.
  • Creative flair with evidence of successful campaign management.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent writing, numeracy, commercial, and presentation skills.
