Lead Nursing Professional Opportunity in Dublin North

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in Dublin North.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior nurse to take on a key leadership role in a well-established state-of-the-art nursing home.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in nursing management, excellent people skills, and a thorough understanding of HIQA standards and regulations.
About the Role:- Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
- Ensure all set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded.
- Lead and manage a motivated team of nurses.
- Develop policies, programs, and evidence-based practice consistent with standards (HIQA) and standard policies within the nursing home.
- Experience as Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing.
- 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment.
- Significant management experience.
- Excellent people skills.
- Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
- Computer Skills.
